This original lithograph has been hand printed by a traditional multi plate method using one single plate for each colour. The work was produced under the strict supervision of the famous chromist Marcel Salinas. This investors edition has been restricted to 1,000 pieces worldwide. Marcel Salinas was a master printer in his own right and worked very closely with Pablo Picasso throughout his life, producing some of the artists finest original printed. This special edition is part of the renowned Marin Picasso collection which was published and released between 1979 and 1983. There is a true Picasso signature below the image that has been authorised for us by the heirs of the estate. This is a genuine collectable work of Art.

According to Robert Parker, no less, this estate has over the last 30 years consistently produced wines of Third Growth quality. In 2005, winemaker Jean-Pierre Foubet has yet again displayed a sure touch in his handling of the fruit at Chasse-Spleen. A lovely plummy richness is backed by tannins which are very present and substantial but totally ripe, creating a very harmonious, balanced wine with an almost Margaux-like fragrance.

Its special character: Furmint mirrors the terroir. The grapes ripen late and easily become aszú berries, retaining excellent acidity. “In 2013 Selfridges asked me to photograph the exterior of the store on Oxford Street, London, for their artwork archive. We came up with an idea of how we could produce something that had never been done before, and probably will never be done again. With the street being relatively narrow, there simply was no documented instances where all of the stores front was visible like it would be to eye. The photographic piece was made from over 350 separate images painstakingly stitched together to form a full and front-on view of the famous exterior. From start to finish it took 1 year to complete. The original full-scale photograph is over 3 meters wide. It could only have been done in this way due to the sheer monumental scale of the building.”

One day for two anglers fishing the Westfair beat on the River Anton accompanied by guide Alex Jardine. This is one of the famous tributaries of the River Test. It is a typical upper chalkstream stretch where the river meanders through peaceful, untouched water meadows with excellent fly life and weed growth to enhance the fishing. The Westfair beat is exclusive to Aardvark McLeod, with its own well-equipped fishing hut and marquee tucked away in a small copse. The fishing can be easy or difficult, made challenging by varied fly life, through different types of water from deep holes to shallow glides over its 1 mile length. The fishing with a dry fly is preferred, but upstream nymphing is allowed when needed.

A Double Magnum (300cl) of Carruades de Lafite 1996
Lafite Rothschild’s second wine, Carruades de Lafite presents similar characteristics to the Grand Vin, but with its own personality linked to a higher proportion of Merlot and to specific plots that are used to produce Carruades. The name comes from the Carruades plateau, a group of plots acquired in 1845 just next to the vines on the hilltop neighbouring Chateau Mouton Rothschild. Carruades is actually one of the oldest second wines in Bordeaux, first produced in the 1850’s. It was re-introduced in the mid 1960’s, where it was called ‘Moulin de Carruades’. It wasn’t until the 1980’s that the name changed to what it is today; Carruades de Lafite.
This 1996 is at the beginning of it’s drinking window, revealing only now lots of tertiary characteristics such as classic cigar box, forest floor, truffle, mushroom alongside well developed fruit flavours now bordering on the savoury. The tannins are super smooth and the body is velvety. This is truly stunning. A great example of aged claret from one of the best producers on the planet.

A Case Chateau Talbot 2005
12 bottles of Chateau Talbot St Julien 2005. A Quatrième Cru Classé, Ch. Talbot has a reputation for consistency, as one of the most carefully made and reliable of the St Julien Cru Classé Clarets. The best examples are richly aromatic with a bouquet of cedar wood and vanilla-scented cassis fruit, with a palate packed with well-delineated, ripe, black fruits and finely integrated tannins. This is very hedonistic, with bags of lush, upfront fruit and easy charm. An attractive, perfumed nose is followed by a silky, textured palate, with good tannins and concentration. It is utterly delicious but is very atypical St Julien – if anything it is more reminiscent of a Pomerol! A real vin de plaisir and the best Talbot we can remember.

Sue Williams A’Court is a contemporary painter living and working in London. She has been shortlisted for The Threadneedle Art Prize 2014 and was nominated for the FID Drawing Prize 2017. Other selected group exhibitions include: The Jerwood Drawing Prize, John Moores Painting Prize, The National Art Open, and The Royal Academy Summer Exhibition. Her work is in public and private collections in the U.K. Europe and the U.S.A.

She travels extensively and has painted in Italy, Madagascar and Sri Lanka; her future plans include India.

She’s nurturing a new relationship with the world; a world that – after her father’s death – she had deemed tiresome and melancholic. Emma’s encounter with grief compelled her to build a deeper appreciation and more colourful affinity towards nature, society and culture. Now, as an active adventurer and explorer, Emma is taking you somewhere she’s been and showing you how she sees it, feels it and hears it. All of her work is dedicated to her Dad, whose loss taught her how to embrace the adventure that life can offer.
Emma lives in the heart of The Cotswolds with her boyfriend Jon and their Golden Retriever, Gibson. She graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a First Class Honours degree in Fine Art – and has since sold and exhibited work nationally and internationally across Europe, North America, Australia and The Seychelles.

A private polo lesson with the British pro Henry Porter, an international player on the England Team, who has played all over the world. European championships gold medalist at just 17 and a world championship bronze medalist. Henry has also won the East coast open and many other titles. He is a model and brand ambassador of the United States polo association.
Henry is currently playing in the US and will return to the UK for the forthcoming British season in April through the summer 2022. The lesson would be in Berkshire during that time.
